Empowering Refugee & Migrant Women
through Creative Methods and Digital Literacy
Foundation for Migrants Good Start gathered already 20 responses from a group of migrant and refugee women with different origins and status, e.g. from Ukraine, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Iran, Uganda.
The aim of the focus group meetings with migrant and refugee women, carried out in English, Polish and Ukrainian, is to discuss the matter of basic and daily needs, both related to social and integrational status, as well as linked to creativity, interests and artistic skills.
The meetings are the platform to share experiences, challenges and needs, and also to inform and develop communication skills in a group with similar interests. The age group is between 20 to 80. Most of our participants are displaced people from Ukraine, rest – refugees in the legalisation of stay process.
